If the FRONT light on the gray box is off, this gray box is not running. Check the batteries and the power switch.

if the FRONT light on the gray box is red or blinking green, the gate is not in a 2-gate mode. (this could because the system was used set in 1-Gate Mode during it’s last use.) Use the app to change the mode to any of the 2-gate modes.
