Timing Gates Service, Repairs, Update and Calibration
Get the latest firmware for your gates and a full clock calibration to NIST standards.
This service is free only for original customers, whether the product is in or out of warranty. If you are not the original buyer, you must register as a Second Owner to receive service.
The cost of shipping covers both ways (shipping to us and returning them to you). If your gates are still under warranty, inquire about free domestic shipping for this service (US customers only). After placing your order, we will send you a shipping label for a USPS small flat-rate box. This label is valid only for the small flat-rate box available for free at any USPS office.
For international customers, please send us your gates at your expense; return shipping costs are as quoted at checkout. The return shipping cost does not include customs fees, tariffs, or other related expenses.
Please send us only two gray boxes per service, without batteries. Keep everything else. Please wrap the gates with a plastic shopping bag or a similar material to provide cushioning during transport. It’s better to update the firmware on all your gray boxes at the same time, so be sure to send your S and F gates. If you have additional gates that need updating, purchase extra service packets.
We don’t recommend servicing your black boxes; it's better to get new replacements. (The new design has a more robust power switch)
Any additional work or replacement of parts will be quoted and billed separately after a diagnosis has been made. On rare occasions, we won’t be able to repair the gates (water ingress, components not available, etc.) In those instances, we will refund you the cost of any repairs that you prepaid for.
If you know what work needs to be done, you can add it to your order below, which would expedite the process by several days. Additionally, we can add the new Vertical Jump measurement feature to your S gate while we have it here (gates for human athletes only)
